2021: R is for Resilience, Refuge and Rebound

During our Monday Morning Worship, I saw the word “Resilience” and looked it up on my phone app.
Definition of Resilience:
- The power or ability of a material to return to its original form, position, etc., after being bent, compressed, or stretched; elasticity.
- The ability of a person to adjust to or recover readily from illness, adversity, major life changes, etc.; buoyancy.
- The ability of a system or organization to respond to or recover readily from a crisis, disruptive process, etc.
A Terminator or Transformer Type of Society??
A few days later, I watched a YouTube video from goldsilver.com titled
“The Great Reset: Were the ‘Conspiracy Theorists’ Right?”
In this video, Mike Maloney and his guests brought up what was previously dismissed by main stream media as conspiracy theories – that technocrats are touting the ‘Great Reset’ for the world and the pandemic provides the golden opportunity for this ‘Great Reset’.
Klaus Shwab, Founder and Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum, expounded his vision and ideas in his books:
“Transhumanism is an integral part of the Great Reset – the 4th Industrial Revolution… what the fourth industrial revolution will lead to is a fusion of our physical, digital and biological identity.”
THE FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION WILL LEAD TO IS A FUSION OF OUR PHYSICAL, DIGITAL AND BIOLOGICAL IDENTITY
Ideas he flouted include smartphones, computers, virtual reality headsets embedded under the skin or worn over the body etc. etc.. that can influence or control how humans act and behave… the list goes on.
Seriously? Globalists are planning to take over the world and to turn humans into compliant cyborgs?!
Mike and his friends gasped, not sure to be amused or horrified: “Are we foreseeing a terminator or transformer type of society, through a microchip implanted in our brain that reads our thoughts and influences our actions and decisions?!!”
ARE WE FORESEEING A TERMINATOR OR TRANSFORMER TYPE OF SOCIETY, THROUGH A MICROCHIP IMPLANTED IN OUR BRAIN THAT READS OUR THOUGHTS AND INFLUENCES OUR ACTIONS AND DECISIONS?
Like Mike, I generally do not pay too much attention to conspiracy theories. But he pointed out - this is no longer a conspiracy theory now that they have laid it all out in the open.
I agree – this is nefarious and these people are dangerous! I did more digging around and found that the Great Reset has been echoed by some world leaders, including Justin Trudeau of Canada, and Prince Charles of United Kingdom and it is gaining traction.
Be Resilient, Build Resilience Into Our Lives
Mike and his guests reckoned that in any case, the world is due for a monetary reset as world governments turn on their printing press and create money out of thin air to deal with this crisis. They shared their strategy of how to be beneficiaries and not victims of this financial end game that is being played out, which by the way, I am not in any way endorsing anything.
My best take away from this long video is this statement by Chris Martenson of Peak Prosperity:
“Be resilient. I have built resilience into my life so that I can be free to do other things and be happy. Financial Capital, Social Capital, Living Capital, Cultural Capital… are all very important right now.”
BE RESILIENT. I HAVE BUILT RESILIENCE INTO MY LIFE SO THAT I CAN BE FREE TO DO OTHER THINGS AND BE HAPPY
The “Resilient” word again.
I reflected upon this and realised – all the upheavals and breaking by God – of trials and tribulations, sufferings, struggles and death in myself, family, finances, friendships, church, community, etc. in my entire life - they have built resilience in me. I have bounced back each and every time because I have turned to God and did my best to follow His advice.
I have RESILIENCE!
Maybe, I am even more well capitalised than Chris. For in addition to his list above – I am also mentally, emotionally and spiritually capitalised because God has invested much into my life. He is my Advisor and my Sole Shareholder, with unlimited funds and resources to see me through.
I thanked God for all of that and also for the COBS members - for all the years we have embraced the broken life, totally invested with and owned by God.
Yes, they are resilient too.
And God says to me: Indeed, you are all Resilient for you have made me your Refuge and therefore you will all Rebound. Yes, R is for Resilience, Refuge and Rebound.
INDEED, YOU ARE ALL RESILIENT FOR YOU HAVE MADE ME YOUR REFUGE AND THEREFORE YOU WILL ALL REBOUND
I pray that for my little country.
Meanwhile, the body of Christ needs to be awake, “artios” and fighting fit, not zapped by all the distractions the enemy is throwing at it; especially for USA, caught in a contentious presidential election in the midst of this worsening pandemic.
V says to me: “It is not a time for complacency.”
